  Only use them with the most straight forward issues. Asked them about an oil leak in the engine. I brought in the car. They held it for the day and only looked at it right at the end of the day at which point they told me they couldn't find the oil leak because there was a load of oil in the way. They showed now interest at that point. Don't use them as they'll waste your time with the smallest amount of complexity. Guy on reception seemed fairly ignorant too.
