  I had a great experience here, all the staff are lovely, the place was easy to find and had plenty of parking. I had a small but seemingly complicated issue that was driving me nuts after a previous procedure somewhere else. I had attended a number of different professionals in different clinics to try and fix it but had no solutions - most just tried to sell me all sorts of crazy treatments for loads of money LOL. However Dr. Tracey instantly knew what my problem was, fixed it immediately and without the usual faff or sales pitches I had everywhere else. Best of all, it didn't cost me an arm and a leg and was in fact very reasonably priced. There is no fake or pretentious flattery here, your using the services of a very experienced man that knows what he is doing. It was quick as other reviewers said and TBH I was in shock that he instantly knew what do to and did it straight away, but I am eternally grateful to the Dr. and the clinic, I could have cried with relief on the way home. I am delighted that I decided to come here, he is truly a genius. I can see why he has won every award going!!!!! If you want great results and be confident they know what they are doing go here, if you want to be mollycoddled find a different clinic.

  Very happy with my results however my experience was not great. The doctor is very pushy and makes you feel pressured into decisions if you are unsure/ nervous. The nurses are a lot more patient and understanding. From the moment you walk in it all feels very rushed. If you are a nervous (which most people are going to these appointments), I would not recommend at all. I was told I was going in for a consultation and it wasn't a consultation at all as they brought me into the procedure room straight away and were ready to start.

  Really disappointed, had active fx that done absolutely nothing, this meant everything to me to have this done and I saw no improvement what so ever and obviously out a fortune. Prices were not communicated very well and I ended up paying more than what I was quoted!

  I forwarded my name and email address for a free nurse consultation. I received an email from Julie who asked what treatment I would like, I explained I didn't know as that is what I thought the consultation was for and gave her a few details about myself and my problem. She or the clinic never got back to me which left me very disappointed as it was difficult for me to even make those small steps to enquire

  If I could give more stars I would. Ailesbury clinic are seriously the BEST in the business. The results have been life changing and I cannot thank them enough. I was recommended the clinic by a close friend and everything from initial consultation to treatment has been fantastic! I've heard some horror stories about people going to beauty salons and laser clinics etc to get similar treatment done as everyone tries to offer these services these days. No way would I put my trust in a Company like that. I wanted only the most qualified people to be dealing with me and that's EXACTLY what I got with Ailesbury Clinic. Dr. Patrick is honestly a superstar! Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for any type of dermatological and laser treatment!
