  Had seen this place on ‘hello cork’ over Christmas and have been mad to get in and try it. Got in on the weekend with two friends and they didn’t disappoint, the place was pretty busy but they sat us while we waited and made us very comfortable, food & service was excellent. Staff were so friendly, will definitely be back.

  Super popular, and no wonder why: great produce (our vote for best ham in a breakfast dish, 2017), solid coffee and teas, caring service... when we were there, they offered a black pudding hash and this beautiful eggs "benny" benedict. And save room for the cake (sorry no photos, we ate it too quickly!), but skip the hot choc. Perhaps offer to share tables so others can enjoy!

  Busy place, not many seats available. Great food, attentive staff. Located next to some gastro pubs but for brunch or lunch AK is much better. Best of luck finding a table as there may be wait included. Once in, give the eggs Benedict a chance. They also do salmon instead of ham just ask.

  I was so so glad to have chose this place at the last minute for a late breakfast/lunch...It was an off time so I was one of the only people in the shop, and they treated me like an absolute queen! I wanted a breakfast that they weren't serving any more, I asked for specific vegetables, bread, etc, and they said the special request was no problem, they would make me whatever I wanted... the owner was so kind and attentive he even surprised me with a tiny little dessert treat at the end of my meal! An absolute gem of a guy... Can't say enough good things about the warm service. Thank you a million, from Pittsburgh.
