::Great studio for all levels of fitness. Vast range of disciplines, kettlebells, TRX, circuit training, boxfit, spinning led by superb instructors Damien Carey and his team. He has a very loyal following, always eager to welcome new members, that need the support. Great warm ups and stretches afterwards. Cannot recommend this enough!!
