  Very bad experience in my life in this casino I am very nice with your staff ask anyone after few days go back he said you used bad language so we banned you its OK mybe I did but I don't if you you think I did something wrong I am so sorry but ask your sacurty manger he knows me last few years. One chanise girl I think all the time very rood. You have to treat every one same. Please my request to boss can you investigate this. And how long I am banned here. Please tnx
