  Great pub with amazing food! every time I've been here it's been packed. Lovely building with a great atmosphere and lots of little nooks. There's a buffet as well as al-acarte... both are lovely and very good prices... it's like home-made food!

  I love this place! I cannot say a bad thing about it. The food is to die for, myself and my Partner eat here regularly and we have never received food that was anything other than perfect, full of flavour and cooked to perfection. The raspberry and white chocolate cheesecake is a must for dessert. Wide selection of gins and staff that know their stuff, and are helpful and friendly. The decor is olde world classic chic and there are plenty of nooks and crannies. Perfect spot for a date, meeting a friend for coffee, or just somewhere to go for a beautiful meal and relaxing few drinks afterwards. 5 stars all round!

  Steak on the stone, great treat. The battered cod on a Friday is very good, have it with mash or skinny fries. We had an excellent meal on Friday last. My wife's salmon was delicious. 5 star meal. Lunch today was very good, salmon salad with salad.
