  A breath of fresh air, it’s the first time in a long time that I have dealt with a truly professional tradesman. After calling a number of different service guys all of whom were unavailable or disinterested in the work. Andrew was extremely courteous and very helpful on the phone, my gas boiler wasn’t working and he talked me through a couple of basic checks of the boiler that allowed me get it back up and running myself, all for no charge.   Andrew is very responsive, technically expert and very conscientious about his work. He responded quickly and arrived to the house on time to fix the problem. Highly recommended - he will be my first port of call in future.
