  I was in the appointment for only five minutes. She didn't read and check the file properly. She never offered proper advise. She wanted more money from me such as an attempt to persuade me to let her further seek information that I could do myself i.e. writing a letter to Land Authority for information relating to past ownership that would cost me a large sum when I could do it online myself for 40 euro (copy of folio). 75 euro I will never get back. Greedy woman.

  €5k to read a file? They would have more hope sitting on the street holding an empty coffee cup. Rude, unprofessional and gold diggers. If you are going to use this firm wear cheap Penny's clothes because if they think you have any savings they will empty your account double quick.
