  Have been working with Aaron for just over a year. I had been suffering with numerous injuries and had tried everything for pain relief. Aaron has been so patient and has helped me with rehabilitation and after 5 years of being in pain every day, I am much stronger and virtually pain free. Can't thank Aaron enough. He is fantastic at what he does and very friendly. Would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for something to help them with pain relief.

  Couldn't be happier with the progress/programme/the knowledge Aaron is by far a super talent at what he dose .. I never felt better in the 4 mths iv being traning with this absolute Gent.. #WINNING

  I have been working with Aaron for one year and I can't find enough words to thank him for all his help and support: he made me a special diet plan and a personalised training schedule, making sure that I understand their importance and follow his instructions. Only a few months after we started working together I lost almost 8kg and I started gaining muscles. After working with him, I have a balanced diet and I haven't gained any weight. He is friendly and training with him is fun, challenging but also relaxing and rewarding. I recommend Aaron to everyone who wants to achieve a certain goal and improve their health: just trust him and he'll make it happen!

  From the moment I met Aaron, it was clear that he is a top-notch personal trainer. Based on my personal goals, he helped me set up a workout routine and carefully designed a meal plan tailored to my needs. He is a great listener and shows how to do exercises with optimal effect. Moreover, he is very friendly and always cheers you on. Thanks to Aaron I have gained 5 kg in muscle mass in 4 months! I highly, highly recommend Aaron as a PT!!

  Aaron is a the best PT I have ever worked with. He's motivating, encouraging and is always results focused. He also focuses on diet as well as a workout plan. For my recent wedding I not only reached but surpassed my target through working with Aaron. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
