::Can’t give this shop more than 2 stars, I have had to bring a couple of items back after discovering that they were previously purchased, brought back, repackaged and then sold again. On one occasion the staff member made a joke about it, which wasn’t funny when you get something home and haft assemble it them discover it’s second hand and damaged. Be careful and inspect any purchases before leaving to save yourself a trip back. They also have a very slow service in here, possibly understaffed? I’m always waiting for something in here.

::NEVER BUY OFF ARGOS AGAIN got my daughter a computer last xmas for a good few quid the hinge was broken at the side and brought it bk to them in december was waiting and waiting got no fone call or update so went bk to them last mth she said she be right on it for me two weeks past still didnt hear from dem after 3 mths...😈😈😈😈 finally go over today to c what the story was and she comes out to me with the still broken computer looking worst than what it was when I lefted it in 😱😱 the manufacture cud not do anything I was fuming I asked for an exchange or refund as I brought it bak before the year was up... dey wudnt even do that after not hearing from dem for 3 mths.. 😢 im so so upset my poor daughter caralucy going to be very upset now to c her broken computer still broken I for one wont by off them again its not the 1st thing that has broke before a year fuming 😈😈😢😢😢 I even said I would pay to get it fixed but they said they could not do anything.

::Awful experience. Ordered two mattresses for home delivery. Promised delivery twice but never arrived. Getting a refund was tough. No offer of compensation. All round awful customer service. Never again
