  Beautiful peaceful B&B in the Kilkenny country side with an award winning welcome and host. A must for anyone wanting to explore the south east of Ireland.

  We spent three nights at Ashbrook House conveniently located just off the M9 but you would not know it by the lovely and quiet country setting. The room and bed were quite comfortable and Dermot served up some lovely breakfasts as well as a good dose of Irish humor!

  B&B up a quite country lane. Pleasant enough but has an overflowing sewer at the front entrance.

  The owner was great and very friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was also amazing and delicious. Plenty of parking, 10 minutes from Kilkenny city center and great views out of our windows. Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Ireland.

  Great hosts! Good location just outside of Kilkenny. The rooms were mostly comfortable (the bed wasn't quite as soft as I prefer) but had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious! Plenty of parking.
