  the service and the result was brilliant. we had the same floor sanded once before and it is hard to describe the difference, and how much better it looked after Larry finished with it. highly recommended.

  Assured sanding recently re sanded the floors in my kitchen and bathroom. They did an amazing job - I wish I'd taken before and after photos as they look like brand new floors now! Larry and his team were great - there was no mess at all. I'm delighted with the results!

  We had dealt with Larry regarding a job on a house we recently purchased. As new home owners we were able to listen to Larry's advice in terms of how the floors would finish and when he then discovered there was an issue with the potential of sanding them he gave us sound and impartial advice at the cost of a sale to his business. He also refunded our deposit and was extremely fair about the whole process of working on this project. Highly recommended.

  Excellent work and service at a fair price. We are delighted with the newly restored floor. Larry and his team used really high class machines and there was very little dust and mess. They even called back after the job was done to help us lift a particularly heavy piece of furniture back into the room. We would highly recommend Assured sanding.

  We contacted Larry at Assured Floor Sanding to finish a newly fitted floor in our living room, and restore an existing but worn & faded finish to a timber border surrounding our tiled Kitchen / Sun room floor. Larry was recommended to us by a friend, who has contracted Assured Sanding previously for variety of projects. Having had our original floors sanded & refinished several times in the past, we were confident about the standard we required & what it should cost. Larry provided a price which we considered fair & although very busy, he agreed to start work a few days later to get the refurbishment finished for us...always returned calls & was very helpful in terms of suggestions & technical queries ! Both areas of timber flooring are constructed with vintage Pitch pine, with the new & old material now joining each other through french doors. Daryl & Stephen arrived on time and started work immediately. It was a pleasure to have such pleasant individuals carrying out this work...as they were very helpful..and went out of their way to produce the finest possible result..without any fuss. Unbelievably despite the amount of sanding involved there was no dust or mess of any description. The work was carried out to perfection, and the restored border area looks identical to the new living room floor ...uniform in terms of colour & finish, which is exactly what we had requested ! We sincerely thank Larry, Daryl & Stephen for a wonderful outcome & would totally recommend Assured Floor Sanding as a result. Updated comment August 2017 : The superb finish described above was subsequently damaged by a local carpenter hired separately to fit new skirting. We had no option but to ask Assured Sanding to refinish the living room floor again. Although again ..extremely busy, Larry went out of his way to help us, and he and the guys rescued the situation last week. The result once again was an excellent job at a very reasonable price, & no fuss or stress. Summary : Assured Sanding are nice people to deal with, & totally professional !!!
