  Good and helpful staff but very pricey, 150 to just look at the car and nothing done to it.

  I have to say I was most impressed by the customer service, honestly they went above and beyond to help ,I was a difficult customer...Sorry about that... But much very appreciated.. they also have an waiting area,with children's colouring space tea & coffee ect, TV ,Toilet. I had shopped around &they came out best for the quality speed & service. I went to the St Margaret's Rd finglas store, Darral & Brendan thanks Lads

  Would highly recommend this garage and staff especially gary ..its not very often you meet a mechanic that actually takes care of your car and will keep you updated .ive been to two mechanics before and they literally nearly destroyed my car leaving cables unplugged from the alternator to missing blots on the manifold absolute cowboys .gary from atlas went true absolutely everting with me on the phone telling me what was needed plus other problems he found so id just like to say thankyou atlas and especially gary for getting my bmw back to her best will definitely recommend to my family and friends and wont be going to any other garage from now on...cheers 😆😆😆😆

  mechanics are helpful, services are good, bit pricy but worth it. some old guy at the reception was utterly rude. i would go again but not sure because of extremely poor customer service. thumps up to the ground staff.

  Went here for 3+ years for general servicing. Lots of jobs including oil change, filters. Brake pads, alternator, batteries and the like. They fitted an alternator as I was told my one was gone. They then fitted the wrong alternator, causing the lights in and out of the car to dim while revving or turning the wheel. A bizarre issue but was told that it was nothing to do with them and that it was “very weird”. They ran tests and couldn’t find a fault. They then suggested the battery was gone, so they fitted one of those but the same issue remained. Since they were at the car, it has never been the same. The electrics and even starting the car has been badly affected. Phoned the garage several times to arrange it to be fixed but was told the fella I needed to speak with was out of the office or away on holidays and that he would ring back, he never did. Eventually I just got frustrated with waiting and gave up. It’s just really disappointing with the amount of business I gave them over the 3+ years. Unfortunately I won’t be returning.
