Excellent place. The staff are really friendly, couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast is very tasty and if it's not displayed they'll make it for you. The food in the restaurant and pub are quite good too, the service is good, the waiting time is very little. The location is really good, it's just at the edge of town so not too far from all amenities but far enough that you're not bothered with the rush hour. All and all an excellent place to stay with the family.

Waiter was unmannerly. We sat down at 8.45 no-one came near us until 9.05 then said the kitchen is closed but if we give him the order now he can put it into kitchen but we said we would just get dessert so he said it was on opposite side of the menu then when we flipped the menu over to look at the desserts he ran off saying he would come back. It was another 10-15 minutes before a separate waiter came back to ask for our order. If he had just said I'm in a rush and will send someone else over to take your order and had done that it would have been fine but he just rushed off and never came back near us.

The location is pretty good, you have Lidl next door and a strip mall a few minutes walk down the road. The hotel has a rustic feel to it and the staff are really pleasant. I'll recommend them.

Good com's. The entire staff treat you as really special, taking a genuine interest in your enjoying your stay. Surroundings very warm and cosy with open fires in the bar and lounge areas. Food great. Rooms very clean and beds nice and soft. I stayed with a group for 5 nights and each of us plan on bringing our families next time, also we have recommended the Auburn to a wide circle of dear friends. It's so homely, a rear experience these days.

Good hotel. Well located. Service in the bar was a bit slow when we were there. Only other negative would be that they were too generous with the heating. Found it very hot in the room. Mind you it was winter so some might call that a pluss. Overall good hotel. Good reception staff. Worth considering for a stay in the West Of Ireland.
