  Really nice doctor and the secretary is lovely. They were able to get me an appointment on short notice. I was able to get lab results emailed to me as well. Great service

  Dr. Stafford is really an excellent doctor. She wouldn’t be as warm and comforting as some might like, but she’s incredibly competent and that’s important to me. I also have no trouble getting an appointment when I need one. And her receptionist, Sarah, is lovely!

  The Dr. Was very late and never apologised. I had my first consultation about my pregnancy and all she did was a pregnancy test and then recommended me to a hospital. It was a cold treatment and she didn't even let me know what was the next step. Had to contact them again as the Dr. took a note of a medicine for me to take that actually needed prescription on the contrary of what she said.

  The doctor is competent but cold. My complaint is not with her but rather the reception/administration: the surgery seems oversubscribed and staff cannot keep up with mail and calls. Emails go days unanswered and one is told over the phone that the surgery is just "really very busy" and "unfortunately we can't get back to everyone as quickly as we'd like." This might suit some but not me, especially when one is looking to refill a non-habit forming prescription which should be generated and billed more efficiently.
