Terrible customer service definitely more interested in business owners and not towards personal users lack of respect and online banking is not user friendly like AIB which if far superior in every way possible

Very disappointed with the customer service extended to my 78 yr old mother on her visit to this branch on or around the 30th or 31st Aug 2017. She waited 35 minutes in a queue only to be told she couldn't transfer money from her account to her daughter's account with a different bank. So she walked up to the other bank in the rain to be told that they couldn't access a BofI account. So she traipsed back down to her own bank (of Ireland) where this time she was offered assistance from a lovely lady from kingscourt whose name we don't know. This 2nd lady apologised to my mum for the wrong advice given to her by your teller. She gave my mum a seat, got the transaction sorted for her, and then escorted her back up the street to my sister's bank and organised the transfer there for mum, before escorting her back to her car. Your first teller is a rude, lazy individual who would've benefited from a lesson in manners and customer service.....assuming she actually has the ability to learn. Your second teller who helped my mum showed that you do have some staff who know what they're doing and have the manners and empathy to do their job well. Overall though a pretty shoddy experience for my mother who has banked with you for circa 60 years. Deirdre McIntyre

Great Branch with efficient friendly staff, I just wish there was a machine for lodging sterling cash or cheques. I do a lot of business in the north and my clients pay in Sterling. I unfortunately then have to que up and lodge at the counter which can take quite some time.

I am glad I picked Bank of Ireland. Never had a problem with them and the support is good. This building is modern. Only the opening hours is a bit tight.
