  have ever tried phoning the bank to even book an appointment to talk to some one? impossible to get through and endless phone instructions to press 1 for this 4 for that, 8 for something else, and that after listening to a long speech as to what phone services are not available and it all that leads you know where. and they consider it customer service. Easier to drive there than it is to phone them.
