  Very unimpressed with new cashier hours in Dundrum (and many other BOI branches). How on earth are people who work full-time supposed to get to the bank before 12.30pm? Extremely disappointing Bank of Ireland! A big thumbs-down from me.

  Why can't we give zero stars? I lodged a very substantial cheque and it was sitting in somebody's inbox unprocessed for 9 days - I repeatedly contacted Bank of Ireland to ask why my cheque lodgement was not showing up on my account. On day 9 when the cheque was still not processed by Bank of Ireland I asked for my cheque back and I lodged it elsewhere. When I asked to speak with the Dundrum BoI Manager to make a complaint she would not see me. I have had so many issues with BoI I could go on forever. Their new reduced cashier hours (10am-12.30pm) are there to drive customers away and in the direction of other banks (not other branches). Yesterday I was there and there were 18 people in the queue and only two cashiers, and for people only requiring ATM service, the queue reached the external door of the bank. Customers were all complaining bitterly at the service. Why should we bank in Dundrum if we are being told to go to Stillorgan or other branches where a day long service is provided. Total disregard for BoI customers.

  I sent money to abroad. My money has been disappeared over week. I went there a few times to sort out my money problem. Their answer WERE TRYING, NO ONE KNOWS THIS PROBLEM. WE CANNOT SOLVE JUST WAIT. The service is really poor but super expensive and rude.
