::Hi there, I just got your message about my poor rating to Bar Italia. I'm not sure how this happened since I'm a regular customer and always had great dining experience with you guys. Probably during one of my vists (7 months ago), my son was messing with the mobile, the google rate popped up and he just pressed the one star icon.
