  Very bad experience, customer service from staff was none. I walk in to buy 3 bad sets for a new house. Driving to coolock where I got a kitchen table and had much better attention from the staff.

  Facebook advertisement in your Finglas Branch warehouse sale leaves a lot to be desired. Made long journey today, first in door at 1pm to find sofa advertised as available last night was indeed SOLD. 1st chap was very pleasant. Foreign guy in warehouse very bad attitude. Get your marketing personnel sorted before placing misleading advertisements on Facebook and leading people to make wasted journeys and petrol. Absolute shambles. Disgusted over advertisement and disgusted over warehouse man who's only bit of apology was that " sometimes people just stick sold sticker on the furniture to hold it" NOT GOOD ENOUGH. If an item is advertised on Facebook as still available then it should be available. Retrain your marketing staff and also a course in customer relations for the warehouse guy with foreign accent wouldn't go astray. Irish guy on floor was lovely. Won't be back. Des Kelly might have competent staff.
