::surprised at some of the other reviews. I've been a few times the past couple months, even during school holidays and though there's often a queue, it moves quickly and the staff are very helpful & polite. Am not much of a coffee drinker so won't comment on that but the sandwiches, muffins & donuts are always fresh and really tasty.

::I have been going to BB's every Sat for years, The past few times I have been there I had to clean of a table before I could sit down for my coffee. I was there today and there was 5 behind the counter and no one cleaning off tables, there was about 8 tables with dirty dishes on them. I blame management on this, if the person that is on cleaning is gone on a break then he or she should have someone put on cleaning. Think I will be taking my group to another cafe from now on.

::Stood with my 3 children waiting for a good while to be served. Three members just looked at us more than once and looked away. They were all cleaning nobody spoke to us so thought they were closed it was 4.55 today which is Thursday. I checked to see opening times & it says on a thurs open 9am til 9pm.
