::Friendly staff. Black Coffee is good but cappuccino not. I tried also the toasted sandwich which is good. They have loyalty card for coffee but they don't advise it. You have to ask to get stamped. It is an ok place inside the shopping centre. Cannot give more than 3 stars.

::Chocolate muffins are unreal, just don't look at the calories 🙅 Nice enough seating but lines get too long which is off putting. Staff are nice and you can get centred discount if you work in dundrum centre.

::Absolutely disgusted with Bbs in Dundrum town shopping centre and it's a pity because their food and coffee is Great!! Went today and pretty sure it will be my last.. their cleanliness is gone down hugely! behind the counter was filthy, the floors are always dirty, you are nearly afraid to sit down at a seat because even the chairs are dirty?? I counted 10 tables that needed to be cleaned but were not and remained so when we left ours which was a good half hour, a woman came over with her kids to sit down and she had to clean her table her self with hand wipes... She didn't even stay she left... The glass around Bbs is always filthy as well??? So mush so you can't even see threw it? Surely somebody could clean it??
