  Avoid - Terrible service. I rang these guys last Wednesday as my dishwasher broke and they were local, they came on Thursday and figured it was the inlet valve that needed replacement. They took it to their workshop and told me they would contact me. I rang them on Friday and they said they would contact me on Saturday at lunch. They didn't call me on Saturday and I tried ringing them multiple times and they did not contact me. I rang them Monday from a different number and Pat (the owner) who I have been dealing with all the time, told me it would be with me today. They charged €150! I was not home at the time. I rang Pat and he told me that was the price and his excuse was that they needed to take it to the warehouse and put the part in. He didn't have any excuse for the lack of contact and didn't apologize. Absolutely terrible business people and I feel like they absolutely ripped me off. Avoid these guys at all costs.
