  Went for my appointment at 10, but there was no one there. Phoned the number, was told obscurely to leave and then come back in a bit. Came back around 10:30, and with no apology whatsoever the person working accused me of coming too early the first time (despite me arriving exactly 2 minutes after the time my appointment was meant to start). Alright quality, but poor service.
