  Just before Christmas 2016 my partner traded in a wrote off Nissan into this garage and bought a new car from them. Three months later in late March she received 6 letters from eflow regarding six unpaid toll bridge fines from early March on the Nissan which turned out was still registered in her name. We rang the garage and were casually told that the Nissan had been sold early March and once the change of ownership went thru the toll fines would be switched over to the new owners. Basically a pack of lies as 5 mins later I got a text saying they couldn't find the logbook. So how could they tell us they sold the car? Long story short obviously they fixed up the car and someone from the garage was driving it. Told us they would get it sorted the next week and never bothered to call us back. We got in touch with the department of transport, explained the situation and had to get a sworn oath signed by a peace commissioner to say we weren't legal owners of the car before it got sorted. Avoid this garage. They were not helpful at all, lied to us and never bothered getting back. AVOID no matter how good a deal your getting, not worth the hassle!!

  This guy buys UK write offs and fixes them up and hopes you dont find out, I know someone that bought one. Didnt do her checks properly. If you go out to his garage you'll see cars being fixed up in the back. This is categorically true. DO NOT RISK BUYING FROM HIM NO MATTER HOW GOOD A DEAL YOU SEEM TO BE GETTING. Please dont. Please.

  Similarly to others posting reviews - stay away! We went there to look at the cars as we were attracted to the low mileage that all the cars there have...one we looked at has been crushed before but the owner was very surprised that we realised it and asked us for proof! We decided to go for the Citroen that we looked at previously...the car seemed to be super clean and washed...but it turned out it was for different price than advertised and in fact the guy told us that the adds online are only to attract people and they only change the mileage - never description or pictures. As we checked the car through it seemed fine so we put down deposit for it. We meant to receive a call within 3 days and the car meant to be ready within 5...after 5 days of no sign from them we started calling the number we were given but the guy kept ignoring us for days...finally we went there to find out that there was a problem with import certificate and it will take another 3-4 weeks. We were sure at this point that we want deposit back but the car was gone, which matches the story of other guys when the car was sold to someone else and that's what we suspect. So avoid avoid avoid! If I could I would rate it below 0

  I would have post negative star if given option. Dont deal with these people its a nightmare. I bought an mpv from them to use for my family and it was the worst day of my life and worst decision i made buying that car from them. They will only answer the phone when your buying or inquiring, if you'll have trouble with your car you will never reach them again. mine is just after the warranty expires a major problem with the engine i ring them numerous times and nothin. I ended up getting another car from a dealer this time and everything was ok clean and clear. So please dont make a mistake like i did STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR DEALER THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

  Stay well away! Never received such bad service. Bought a car here and was the worst mistake of my life! Constant problems with the car and once they have your money, they don't want to know you. Been trying for months to get them to fix problems and still nothing. Last phone call I had, they accused me of deliberately sabotaging the engine. Not worth the hassle!
