  This beach is HUUUUUGE. It should be called Bettystown big beach! Great for strolling along, swimming, kite flying. Also you can drive on it, and sometimes see horses pulling karts charging down the beach!

  Największa piaszczysta plaża jaką widziałem w Irlandii. Od Bettystown do ujścia rzeki Bayond 2600 metrów a potempo drugiej stronie rzeki ciągnie się dajej. W czasie odpływu od wydm do morza plaża ma ze 300 metrów. Pięknie.

  Nice open, flat beach. Great for walking a dog. Can recommend BTs Bistro at the Bettystown entrance as a dog friendly place for a bite to eat.

  Was there for the Yacht Racing Championships in September! Had a great time helped by the particularly good weather! Beach is very clean and well maintained by the ever present beach wardens!

  Great family beach, shallow water and no dangerous current. Banks to play on and miles of sandy beaches. Amusement park nearby ,shop and chipper close to hand
