  Are you in your Forties Fifties or Sixties or perhaps older ! Are you one of these people that joke about bending down to the floor to pick something up and say.... "Getting down there is no problem,its the getting up that's a problem"... Well, if that's your mind set,then that's what you'll get! There's no need for that though.. Bikram Yoga is the answer, staying flexible is one of the best ways to stay injury free,and to look after your body as you get older..If by the way your only Twenty and you cant put the palms of your hands (not just the tips of your fingers ) flat on the floor whiles keeping straight legs, perhaps you should come too!

  Despite never having been to yoga before, I was quickly relaxed and able to enjoy the experience almost immediately. This for me was because of the clear and concise instruction from Laura the instructor. Her passion for her job radiates a sense of calm throughout the class, which was particularly helpful for me in the beginning, when I had no idea what I was doing. The facilities are immaculate also. I can highly recommend Bikram!

  While researching Bikram Hot Yoga Galway, I was attracted by the mention of the use of a Heat Recovery Ventilation System to keep the place fresh. I thought this is a professional approach to physical exercise. A hot environment, over 30 degrees C does not have to be a stuffy one full of body odour and exhaled carbon dioxide. I was not disappointed, in terms of either the indoor environment or the professionalism applied from start to finish. This is from the decor and ambience of the studio to the level of knowledge and communication ability of the tutors. Delighted to be part of Bikram.

  I have been practicing Bikram Yoga for many years now and can say that Bikram Hot Yoga Galway is by far the nicest studio I have been to. The setting is lovely and the room is spacious with great infra-red heaters. The heat from the infra-red heaters makes such a difference and it never gets stuffy or uncomfortable. There is fresh warm air coming in so that there is no need to open windows to get the oxygen level up. The studio is beautifully furnished and if you have a day to spoil yourself there is a bunch of beauty and wellness businesses in the Urban Wellbeing complex. Highly recommend.

  As a total beginner I was pretty daunted at the thought of starting hot yoga. But as challenging as my first few classes were, I still very much enjoyed the experience. The facilities are modern and impressive, and the instructors are encouraging and very friendly. I definitely recommend it!
