  This new Plaza area at Blackrock Village has been completed and it is long overdue. It's now a safer place to walk.,no more pot holes and the traffic calming is a great help. There are more places especially to sit also with seating incorporated into the pier wall and some new benches. Overall, much more pleasant than how it looked this time last year.
