  Very unprofessional and dissapointing. They could not resolve suspension knocking and wanted to charge 85 euro per hour to find what the knocking sound is! Sham scam what you call it customer very unhappy

  It was difficult/confusing to book the service, I entered in my details twice on the web page, but still when I went to dropped the car off at forge hill no details were there and I had to provide them again, like car reg, what service I wanted and extra things changed like wipers, no big deal other than I was already late for work, as I start work at 7am, I asked at the call centre girl could I drop the car off the evening before she said I couldn't which would have made things easier for me, as I had another car I could use to get to work, I also asked about your collect and return service but it was not available for the date I had booked in... so instead I had to drive my car up from my home in Blackrock, get a cab from forge hill back home, collect the other car and drive to Eli Lilly in kinsale, which made me 2 hours late for work and of course the same thing to collect the car in the evening, this wasn't very convenient obviously and is something you could look into to make it easier for people, just a suggestion for you ... other than that everything was great , the lad I dropped the car off to was very helpful and sorted things quiet easy, I got a call from Leah twice to tell me about additional work that needed done and kept me updated, and she gave me good advice also, very nice girl, in the evening she had the bill ready and made things very easy for me, she's a credit to you, a lovely girl ... paid the itemised bill and that nice lad I booked the car in with ,dropped the car around to the front door and apologised for keeping me waiting a few minutes, didn't get his name but a nice lad, great manners and very professional ... it's because of the manners of Leah and this young lad is why I still give my 5 star rating and I'm very happy with the car since and now don't have to worry about things with the winter coming in

  Bought a new Golf from Blackwater Motors at the weekend. The level of service I received from Alan and the team was top class. Information provided was crystal clear and made the process very easy from start to finish. Delighted with the car! Would highly recommend them. Thanks

  Overpriced ! Lack of detail in invoice so have no idea what was actually done to my van. You expect a certain Quality from VW but Blackwater Motors let the name down big time. Had to return in order to get the job completed . Total waste of my time.
