  Nice hotel, lovely food and petty good leisure facilities. All staff I met very friendly, apart from one older gentleman with glasses who served us food in the bar. We found him to be very impatient and quite rude when he and some other staff brought our food to our table. The food is very dear too, even in the bar. Other niggles include being charged for diluted juice for the children and dated, small rooms. Also, the room the staff used for the kids club was freezing. The children came back to us shivering

  We stayed there for two nights with two kids. Lovely hotel with kids club to keep them entertained. I particularly enjoyed the leisure centre and they have a spa as well. The surroundings is beautiful with few minutes walk to the lake. Would recommend this hotel.

  Went for per Valentine night. Safe were so friendly couldn't do enough for us. Pool was lovely. Food was to die for. Rome was amazing. Hope to return again. Great night.

  Pretty good. It is what you would expect from a four star hotel. There is a kids club which I thought was nice and fun. The people that ran it were really nice. Overall I give it five stars.

  I have stayed here a few times. Fantastic staff and lovely rooms and view. Really enjoyed my stays. All special requests seen to. Fab food and service. The spa is amazing, lovely staff and treatments. I was like a different person leaving, so relaxed!
