  The staff at Boots Waterford are to be commended on their first class customer care which I was at the receiving end of this morning. Well done and congrats to all. Definitely a five star experience.

  Not often are the retail represantives thanked for the fact they are the face and ambassadors of the Company, I would like to thank The Manager of Boots Waterford (city)Ireland and the beautiful kind sales assistant Jennifer for the most pleasant and honest dealings Tuesday morning 9th January 2018, I work as a Freelance makeup Artist, I had an honest quiry relating to a gift bought for one of my daughters as a Christmas present, dealt with so professionally and promptly, especially thanks to Jennifer sales assistant for her impeccable manner and beautiful smile, well done Boots Ireland, repeat customer and recommend to all, fantastic staff and management obviously doing amazing job as all smiles 😄Thank you
