  Wide range of products at good fair prices! Hardly ever have to wait in a queue. Staff can be helpful depends who you ask

  1 star for two reasons. - went there on 3rd day of Christmas and they had some huge sales. They had the Oral B Genius Electronic Toothbrush series - 220 Euro savings down from 400 to 180. Now I don't know if it was platinum plated or diamond plated, but the most expensive I could find on Amazon is 133 Pounds without any offers / sales / etc. So why they had a product at 400, only they know. - 2nd reason for the 1 star - another version of the Oral B series was down to 32.5 Euro from 55-60. When I actually wanted to buy it, they said it's actually 80 something Euro. And all this made no sense to me. So we came to realize that the product was labeled with another price tag from another cheaper version. They actually had 3-4 items in the same place with the wrong tag on them. When I asked to pay for the tagged price as it would just be fair, they refused and said I have to pay the 80 Euro. Just to wrap things up, Boots do not care about the customers, they tend to lie about prices, they mislead clients in order to sell them "discounted" products even more expensive than they would cost without a discound on shopping site, and when you want to complain, the manager there says: "we're sorry, but we can't do anything about it".

  Decent selection of stuff, not enough cashpoints though so expect a queue to pay.
