  I was in the Store this morning to print off some photos and make a Christmas card for my son, I did so and got to the end of my transaction, and realised I could not print them, I asked two Staff members on seperate occasions for assistance, they both said they knew nothing about the machine, The third lady I asked seemed to be a manager, as her uniform was all blue/navy.... She was extremely rude and unhelpful, told me I couldn't print the cards untill a later date, I told her The staff in Jervis had helped me before and I got them in the day, to Which she replied, "That was Jervis, we don't do it here"... I looked for a sign with stated this, there was none!!! It was approximately 9.20am, If this is what her attitude was like at the start of the Day, I wouldn't like to ask for assistance by the afternoon.

  Good sized store with extensive range of products. Self service tills have been implemented - not always without issue. Staff are always helpful.

  Love this store really helpfull professionals in every feild from pharmacy to beauty huge selection and great deals open on sundays too

  Floor staff are really nice but when it comes to the pharmacy staff,not very nice,a snotty an bad attitude and terrible customer service or support,they way they speak to some of the customers is disgraceful,I saw one chap waiting to get his medicine and told her that she would need to ring the doctor for him to make sure it's right,she got snappy with him and refused to call the doctor for him,he got very distressed. The staff badly need a customer service skills course on how to treat people better. Also the opening hours are wrong for Saturday it's says it closes at 8 but doesn't it shuts at 7

  Told to wait 20 min for a prescription. Went after 30 minutes and was send to sit down by a rude staff because she is doing the prescription then. Waited another while and eventually went and asked a staff that just arrived how long is going to take. The staff was very nice looked for it and told me the prescription was ready but apparently the other staff didn't bother to tell me and let me wait for another while. Some of the staff really unfriendly.
