  Had problem booking a flight on their website on Sunday 14/01/18 would not accept my credit card. My credit card was in credit with no limit may I add. Rang the company on Monday and customer service would not waiver a €50.00 fee to try book flight over phone .Customer service agent told me my credit card was at fault and try their website to book again and to phone back the next day if I still had problem. Such bad service. So I went to ebookers website and had no problem whatsoever booking the sane flight. Take my advice don’t use this BudgetAir

  You book your ticket and they send it via post. Seriously? It is 2018 not 1618.

  After the took my money and I paid for the ticket, They said we cannot send you an e-ticket we will post it to you for security reasons. Who on earth does that.. That is unacceptable and complete theft

  Worst customer service I have ever experienced, I have sent in a complaint twice to them and still no response, they even went as far deleting my Facebook comment! I booked flights for 350e and a few days later they sent me an email to telling me prices had gone up by an extra 94e! no phone call just a quick email as if it was no big deal! Will never book with them again

  Staff are very efficient, after sale service was excellent, very quick to send tickets Prices are so cheap to loads of destinations!
