  Called in here on Thursday 14th September 2017 for something cool to drink, they told me they didn't serve soda drinks, so we opted for two iced teas. The iced teas duly arrived and were beautifully presented, but when we tasted them they were sweet, and since neither of us takes sugar I inquired as to the contents. There was a syrup in the iced teas, and I can't take sugar, but hadn't been aware that iced teas had syrup. The teas were untouched, and I asked if they would change them for something unsweetened like a pot of plain black tea. At first they said no, and then I asked for the manager, I explained that I was totally unaware that iced tea would have syrup and if I had known, I would not have ordered it. She without hesitation offered me a pot of plain tea, and brought us two complimentary chocolates as well, which I duly passed to two customers at the next table (as we weren't eating anything sweet at all) who were delighted with them. A big thank you to the lovely lady who was in charge, and who made our first visit there very pleasant. Lovely seating arrangement to people watch as you are seated drinking whatever takes your fancy there.
