  Nice little coffee spot but the cookies on offer were absolutly disgusting. They were like eating chalk. Overpriced but to be expected at an airport. Coffee was ok nothing to shout home about. Ive had much much better at a little high street cafe. Would i go back and oay what i paid? No

  Absolutely atrocious service. Catching a late flight in Dublin airport on a thursday evening and decided to get a hot chocolate at 8.30pm. There was only one table of two people in the cafe and 5 staff on. I waited at the counter for several minutes before being acknowledged as staff chatted among themselves. When they finally noticed me I was told I was standing in the wrong place to order (in an empty cafe!) The young man taking my order had zero interest, no smile, no interaction and no please or thank yous. When I placed my order he proceeeding to make it making me wait to pay with my card in my hand and did not look at me when asking questions about my order or handing me my drink, no thank you again. His supervisor also proceeding to chat to him as my payment was processing. To top it all off the hot chocolate was not “hot” it was lukewarm as he lazily made the drink and clearly did not take into consideration that the cream lessens the temperature. Hugely disappointed! It was 30 mins til closing and staff were more interested in chatting and doing manual closing tasks than their customer satisfaction.
