  Beautiful hotel and facilities were great. Had an amazing stay. Unhappy with our steaks in the restaurant and the manager went above and beyond for us. Absolutely brilliant. Will 100% be back. Rooms where a good standard and very clean. Great location too.

  Went to the fifty shades freed event. Well organised champagne on arrival picked up tickets. After cinema were welcomed back with delicious cocktails. And canapes even got a fabulous gluten free and dairy free options. Finished off with music in cocktail bar. Really well organised and had a wonderful time

  Lovely hotel in the centre of Newry with nice rooms and a good breakfast. Staff in the bar a little on the slow side for service, but once you got served, their nice and friendly. They had a substantial carvery on offer, prices seemed reasonable too. The hotel also has a spa and leisure centre on site, we didn't use either of these areas so can't comment.

  Fabulous hotel with spacious rooms with a modern decor. Two hairdryers are available in the room, a slow static dryer in the bathroom and a speed variable dryer in the bedroom. The shower was one of the best we have seen in a hotel for pressure and temperature control. The provision of Paul Costello toiletries was a wonderful added extra. A safe is available in the room as is air-conditioning. The interior of the hotel is beautifully furnished (luxurious yet cosy with the open fires). Any staff we came in contact with (from the receptionists, catering staff, bar staff, cleaning staff) all were friendly, professional and courteous.

  Great hotel. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Good menu in restaurant and food was lovely. Very nice rooms. Love the leisure facilities. Pool, jacuzzi. Sauna, steam room and roof top hot tub (braved it in sub zero temperatures!) brilliant!
