  Horrible service. I went there with my family and purchased a few items. The cashier said nothing, and looked at me like i had done something to offend her. I asked for a paper bag, so she packed all our things into a tiny tiny paper bag without handles. When i asked if i could have a bag with handles she took the bag with our stuff and just poured it out and repacked them and gave them to me without a word. When we came back to the hotel and my 3 yo son asked "where's my chocolate", it turns out that when she poured everything out, she didn't pack all of our things into the new bag. I will never go back there (except to pick up my son's chocolate) and i recommend you don't either.

  DREADFUL ATTITUDE of staff in Grafton Street store. I bought several items in this store last week; a card, a bag of tinsel and some wrapping paper. When i got to the cash register i realized it was pouring rain outside. I asked the operator for a bag with handles as i wanted to ensure that the wrapping paper didnt get wet and i was also carrying a small doll which i had purchased elsewhere as a gift for my niece. She crammed my 3 purchases into the tiniest, thinest bag available and handed them to me ignoring my request. I asked again for a bag with handles and she refused to give me one. I asked if she was joking, telling her that everything would be ruined in the rain. She said she didnt have enough bags, in spite of a full rail of bags with handles behind her. Her manner was very rude and completely unapologetic. As i told her then i will not purchase another item in that store, i went back to work on Georges Street and posted the incident on work intranet to all 900 people working there. HALLMARK CARDS STEPHENS GREEN from now on. 2 minutes away from this store and staff are great. City centre stores cannot afford lousy custmoer service when theres so much choice. You've lost the custom of 900 people.

  ‪Bought a gift today in Card Gallery Ilac Centre Henry Street and got robbed by one of the cashier at 16:59:56 23 July 2017. I was paying for the gift worth €10.58 handed her €15 I was 101% sure that I handed her that amount of money because it was fresh from the atm. I avoided making eye contact while handling her the money as I felt like she was giving me a look. I noticed that she wasn't moving so I looked at her again and she repeated "€10.60 please" (she rounded off the price but that's part of irish law), I was shocked when she said that cos I was so sure I handed her enough money. When she handed the 10€ it felt lighter cos the fiver was not with it anymore I ended up paying with card. I didn't hesitate to tell her that I actually handed her €15 which I regret but I didn't want to start something and embarrass her in the place and it was only few euros. I know it's only a matter of couple of euros but the fact that she's robbing customers is not acceptable. Card Gallery should stop hiring robbers!!!!!

  카드가 정말많고 다양하나 가격이 한화로 따져보면 5000원미만은 찾을수 없고 카드가 커서 저는 그닥
