  Absolute dog box , they can only accommodate one customer at a time if your having your toes painted, so make sure you say toes not fingers , as I had to leave after waiting 20 minutes for toes . Staff are very bland and not warm when you meet them. Rent a bigger property is my suggestion girls, first impressions last in business . Thank you to the business owner for your essay style response. An apology would have been more in order to a disappointed customer. Rather than a business plug on your new extension. Update your customer service skills after 15 years in same business they can get stale. Best of luck in the future .
