::Incredibly poor customer service from this UK chain. Refuse to respect Irish Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act as they "have their own equivalent policy which respects the spirit of the Irish law", according to an England-based manager I spoke to when they insisted on repairing a phone for third time rather than refund or replacement we were legally entitled to.
