  Waiting a long time poor service, didn't have the product I wanted in stock even though it was on display. Pressured me into buying a more expensive product

  No one approached me to help. I approached 2 staff members and signalled to a third before I was finally helped by a staff member after nearly 30 minutes in store. Store was not busy and a staff member who had said she would assist me vanished into thin air. I came here 4 years ago for a tv and ended up in Harvey Norman's for the same reason. Won't shop here again.

  Useless service. One cashier taking her time.possibly 12 to 15 people in queue. Floor staff nonexistent. Obnoxious staff membe on service counter. Manager just had a blank expression. I got 1 of 3 items i went in for.

  Staff were friendly and professional. They even helped me to keep my 7 year old daughter occupied while I bought her Christmas tablet there!
