  This store is a total joke and miss sell products. The staff and manager are a disgrace the way they speak to customers. Will never support again.

  Went to buy a new cover for my tablet today, picked one with the price of €44.95 went to the cashier and was asked for €50, I explained it was €44.95, she got the assistant manager and he informed me that I had to pay €50, I explained that if a product is for sale with two prices under consumer rights the lower one is what the customer pays, he said it was a mistake and i would have to pay €50 I asked if any other product was missed priced he did not know, the product I wanted was for sale all week for the €44.95 as I saw it there last Tuesday. I wonder how many people have been caught like this, I bought phones, tablets and accessories there before but never again

  Called every branch in Limerick, including the one where I purchased my phone, not one answered. That's some customer follow up service. Take the money and run !

  absolutely the must unhelpful people I have ever came across, so ignorant , handed my phone in !7th of November it says 7-14 days 7th of December and still havn't got it back or heard from them, ringing the helpline you might aswell be ringing God (he'd probably answer faster too), after getting insurance on my phone I presumed it would cover my phone if anything happened it which is why I opted for it. I brought in my phone as the camera wasn't working great and was a bit blurry I was told I had to pay 70e to get it fixed that 10% of the cost of fixing it had to be paid which meant it was costing 700e to fix!!!!!! absolute joke of a place and I would highly recommend to avoid doing business with these at all costs!!
