  "Impartial advice" given was 100% aimed at making their store the most profit with the minimum of effort, rather than actually being helpful or offering a solution which would have suited me far better. I told them exactly what I was looking for, and even suggested to them that switching networks might be the best solution, but instead the "expert" seemed bored, totally disinterested, and simply convinced me to buy more credit. Last time I'll be setting foot in any Carphone Warehouse store.
