  Both people in this shop Were so rude to me. Also they were talking on the phone to people in a bad way when I was in the shop. I think balla florists would be better..

  Would not recommend, THEY STRUGGLED TO UNDERSTAND A SIMPLE ADDRESS....CLAIMED MY HOUSE HAS A HOUSE NUMBER BUT IM SURE IT DOESN'T AS I LIVED THERE FOR OVER 30 YEARS, (+ SAID MY ADDRESS WAS OUT OF TOWN BUT IT'S A 10 MIN WALK TO THE MAIN STREET!).... THE WOMAN WAS OFFERED A EIR CODE FOR THE ADDRESS WHERE SHE REPLIED.... I DON'T HAVE A SAT NAV!

  Flowers were not delivered at all. Rang the shop and the staff said they had rang my phone twice and my mothers phone. Neither of us had missed calls. Very disappointing. No tx or email. Poor service
