  Had a really bad experience with this company recently. Only given them one star as I had to give at least one star in order to post a review. Rang them on a Friday to asked for a personalised mirror to be made for a celebratory present for the following week. Was told to come into the shop and go through what I wanted on this (was also informed that it would only take an hour to two to be made) but as I was unable to do this I was asked to forward them an idea of what I would like on the mirror in an email and they would see if they could make it and then if I was happy with it they would have it ready for collection the following week, so I emailed them a rough outline. Did not hear anything back on either the Friday or the Sat and so rang the Sat evening to see if the image I forwarded was received and possible to make. I was told that they couldn't open the attachment on their computer and so they would try another computer and call me back that day. Never heard anything again so rang the following day. Was told that they would try and open the email again and once they had done so they would ring back. Still no call back and so I rang them again on the Monday. They seemed to have no idea who I was and so on the Monday I decided to travel down to the shop on the Tuesday and see what the problem was. Went to the shop and the person behind the desk firstly told me that I had spoke on the phone with another member of staff and then changed his mind and said it was him I had been speaking to. Then told me that they would have no idea when they would be able to make the mirror for me at all, no reason or apology was given. Was a complete waste of time. Really bad service.
