  Impossible to shop. Officially open until 6pm but from 5.40 they put sign "closed" and refuse to let you in. Shame as I was organising a massive party and just needed to get 200 balloons and leave.

  Really nice place. The costumes are cheap and they have loads of different party essentials to choose from at an affordable rate. They can cater to any type of party
