::That was the single best ice cream sandwich I've ever had. One cookie was triple chocolate, one was cappuccino, and the ice cream in between was homemade Irish Cream ice cream with salted caramel, and chocolate and colored sprinkles. She loved how smiley we were even after traveling all day
