  I have shopped there a few times now and all 3 times i have been disappointed with the service. First of all there are no tills just staff with mobiles. Secondly the music they play in store was deafening, i could barely think nevermind focus on what i was looking for and finally every time i bought something the staff where to lazy to put the discs into the cases properly instead just placing the discs in disposable sleeves under the bits of plastic that hold yhe leaflets in place. Would not recommended.

  Absolutely TERRIBLE ! I bought a game and it was a dud, so I returned it and a week later I bought the same game again as a swap and they gave me the same dud! Today I wanted to buy a game and it said it was in stock but because of both clueless employees and a terrible filing system they couldn't find it, I had waited 10 minutes for nothing . They have no care for the customers. I'd go to GAMESTOP which is only a 2 min walk away.

  Not enough slime and farts. Can only inhale minimum skin flakes due to not enough in the air

  A point i have to address is their transaction system which is completely reliant on their wifi, no tills, only phones. I spent over 20 mins waiting until an employee could connect his phone to the store wifi just to complete a transaction. I've been told by a friend that dealing with their online service is pretty hectic also. He ordered a game that was "in stock", but received an email saying "unfortunately this product could not be shipped", money was already taken from the credit card so he had to go out of his way to email them to get a refund. A lot of hassle for a customer in my opinion. As good as the trading prices are for games and consoles, i would strongly suggest a more reliable in-store system and better customer service.

  Great spot to trade your games , phones consoles etc , great staff and very friendly
