    I love this place, the facilities are fantastic and the coaches are very friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging, they are top class. The atmosphere within the classes is second to none, no one class is ever the same. I pushed myself outside of my comfort zone when i decided to give Chapter2Fitness a go and I've never looked back. I cant recommend C2F enough.

    Top class facility with round the clock classes by highly trained enthusiastic trainers. Each class is challenging and exhausting yet always different and in a fun atmosphere. I'm only 2 months into my membership and always feel stronger fitter and more confident than ever. My only regret is not joining years ago.     I was never one for slinging steel before. However after joining C2F I've grown to enjoy exercising and I look forward to attending the classes each evening. The coaches are very friendly and knowledgeable. You are made to feel at ease regardless of how fit you are and after a few months you begin to really see the difference in your fitness and strength. I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking to get fit and have fun.

    Would highly recommend this training facility to anyone who is looking for a gym where you are guaranteed results and a community feel. Chapter 2 helped me first by evaluating my movement (called fundamentals) and then by setting me exercises to achieve my fitness goals. At chapter 2 you feel part of a community and after only 5 weeks I got results that I hadn't achieved in 3 years in regular gyms I had been too. Couldn't recommend this facility anymore, Jamie and your team keep doing what your doing!
