::I had been wanting to come here for so long and finally went for it.. And gladly so. Every course went beyond expectation, being flavoursome yet delicately balanced. The service was attentive but never overbearing. All our drink pairings were perfect ( we chose our own wine for dinner, but went with the menu suggestions for dessert wine and for port)

::We had lunch here mid week. Obviously expectations were very high and they were certainly met. A warm welcome, nice & chatty staff along with top notch food. It was very good value for lunch considering it’s Michelin Star. Would I go back? Most certainly yes, maybe dinner next time! 👍👍👍👍

::What an amazing introduction to Dublin! The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, welcoming and so professional. The food exceeded expectations and the whole experience was fabulous. So wish we could do this more often. The tour of the kitchen was an unexpected treat - we loved it - Thank you so much.

::This is somewhat a belated review as we were there on March of 2016. Overall, the experience was positive. The atmosphere was cozy and it was the first time I'd experienced very talkative serving staff and clientele. Obviously Chapter One has a number of regulars who all like to converse and did not strike me and my wife as a Michelin starred restaurant. This feeling was however short lived as we too got into the fun and conversed with the locals who gave us great tips on places to see and restaurants to try. Now, onto the food. We went with the 5-course tasting menu. Presentation was fine however, the mushroom risotto was a bit on the salty side. The wine pairing were quite complementary to the dish. Service was good and overall experience was positive.
